Every piece of jewelry is made with great care, with attention to detail, by hand, by me… in most cases to order. Custom orders are always welcome, and if you have any questions regarding sizing please call or email me. I would love to talk with you. I want you to be delighted with your Bosco piece, and I stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece of jewelry that leaves my studio. If for any reason you are not thrilled please let me know; your satisfaction is my first priority. I am happy to offer an adjustment, replacement, or exchange of any item. Full refunds (minus shipping charges) are offered if the piece is returned within 30 days of receipt. With regard to custom work, I offer credit or exchange only.
DELIVERY
You may expect your silver Bosco piece within 2 – 4 weeks, the cuff work may take a bit longer. Please allow up to 3 - 5 weeks for gold work. if you need your item sooner then the quoted time frame please contact me. If I am able to deliver the jewelry sooner I am happy to do so. There is no additional charge for expedited designs.
SHIPPING COST
All work (unless requested otherwise) is shipped via USPS priority mail. Shipping within the US is $8.. The shipping charge for international orders is $18. This may not apply to custom orders.
